Employee well-being is considered essential in nowadays business environment. It leads to higher job satisfaction, productivity and creativity and increases customer loyalty and profitability. AI chatbots can play an important role in improving employee well-being within organizations. 

NotsoAI specializes in empathic, personal and pro-active AI chatbots, positioning them as an excellent fit for improving employee well-being.

  

In collaboration with NotsoAI, this research aims to investigate which drivers and barriers affect the willingness to adopt AI chatbots in organizations. A theoretical framework highlighting these adoption factors will be developed and tested. As a result, recommendations will be made on how to effectively implement AI chatbots in organizations for employee well-being purposes.
