Vitality
The goal of this research is to advise Fontys Economics and Communication on enhancing the emphasis on vitality, focusing on both mental and physical well-being.
The research will be conducted with both teaching staff and supporting educational staff. A total of 12 interviews will be carried out as part of a qualitative research approach. FEC has specific strategic objectives. Achieving these objectives requires vital employees who feel good, both mentally and physically, and actively contribute to the organization.
Results
There are a lot of vitality initiatives, but they’re not really encouraged, so people don’t get involved. The advice is therefore to develop an AI chatbot that allows employees to easily search for information about vitality initiatives.
