Social awareness at the coffee corner
MAAS wants people to enjoy delicious coffee, but in doing so, it also wants to contribute to a more sustainable environment. This can be done in several ways such as using plant-based milk for in the products and to promote the social well-being of employees. Hence, the research questions focus on the influence of communication on the intake and perception of the MAAS products on offer. To promote social well-being, it is important to create a moment during work for social contacts or a moment of rest. In what way can the coffee corner make a positive contribution to this?
Concept
In the coffee corner, we will place a screen with a PowerPoint slideshow. On the slideshow, each employee will have their own slide with personal data. Data such as hobbies and other interests. Every week, the slideshow is updated, so employees can write down what they did over the weekend. On the Monday morning, we create a half-hour moment where employees enjoy a cup of coffee while they can talk about the weekend and the hobbies and interests displayed on the slideshow.
