Research into note-taking for work walk meetings
Problem description: Work walk meetings are not yet a common practice among office workers, due to various barriers hindering their adoption.
Objective: How might we incentivize and integrate work walk meetings with companies.
Abstract: The study focused on current trends in work walk meetings, prioritizing functions such as integration into company culture and automated note-taking. Prototypes were developed through brainstorms and co-creation sessions based on these findings.
Prototype description: A tablet holder connected to Otter.ai with wireless Bluetooth microphones, paired with a walking staff featuring a Bluetooth button. As they tested it, one member used the button to start, stop, pause, and highlight recordings during work walk meetings.
