Mindfulness in the Workplace: Reducing Work Stress Among Office Employees at the High Tech Campus
Workplace stress is a growing concern among office workers, driven by factors such as excessive workload, tight deadlines, and limited work-life balance. High stress levels not only impair employee well-being but also reduce productivity and job satisfaction. Although mindfulness has been studied as a tool for stress management, there is a lot to know about how it can be used in the workplace.
Research focus
This study explores how mindfulness practices can be effectively applied to reduce workplace stress among office workers. It examines current adoption, evaluates existing methods, and identifies practical requirements to recommend a solution that aligns with the needs of both employees and workplace environments.
