Improving lunch choices of employees

Many employees often choose unhealthy, convenient lunch options, such as fried snacks or sausage rolls. These choices are influenced by psychological factors like habits, motivation, and decision-making, as well as environmental aspects such as price, presentation, and social norms.

Research focus:

In collaboration with Compass Group as a leading workplace caterer, this research explores strategies to encourage healthier lunch choices through behavioral change. By improving workplace nutrition, we aim to enhance employee focus, energy levels, and mood, benefiting individual well-being and overall productivity.

This study supported by the Workplace Vitality Hub, will provide a practical intervention for businesses and caterers to create a healthier work environment.
