Mental Health as a part of vitality
My research on the subject of Mental Health as a part of vitality has shown high levels of stress among the students of WPVH. Digging a little deeper revealed that most of these students don't always apply coping stratagies in productive and optimal ways, which leads to stress.
To tackle these difficulties, I have created a training to learn about coping and a work sheet with tips and a prioritize matrix tackling stress and putting off tasks behavior.
