Integrating team development into supervisors' routines

The world around us is changing faster than ever, so it is very important for organizations to adapt. It is essential to fully utilize team potential. At the Workplace Vitality Hub, we found that the focus on developing the supervisors who support the students was not enough. This intervention, inspired by Tuckman's team development model, aims to improve teamwork and the development process of these supervisors.

Surveys and interviews showed that the supervisors liked the intervention, but there was not enough time to fully implement it. Despite this, the project helped the supervisors continue working on team development during their regular meetings. Through regular sessions and spontaneous meetings, they have improved teamwork and gained a better understanding of each other's strengths and skills.
