Smart Clicker 2.0

The Smart Clicker 2.0 project is designed to help workplaces better understand how employees feel about their environment. It uses a small, portable device (the clicker) that lets office workers quickly give feedback on their workplace experience by answering a daily question.

Each clicker can track its location within the office using Ultra Wide Band (UWB) technology, so the feedback is linked to a specific room. All the data collected is sent securely to a cloud system, where it is stored and later analyzed. This makes it much easier for researchers and managers to see patterns in employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement without interrupting anyone’s workflow.
