How can Fontys Paramedical improve the work happiness of new lecturers?

Fontys has a difficult time on handling the workload of teachers. This is not only a problem for Fontys, but for all schools in general. Teachers are experiencing various factors that influence their work happiness and job satisfaction in a negative way, such as their daily tasks, expectations environment and many other factors. The main goal of this project is making a design that will suit the needs of the starting lecturers at Fontys Paramedical to boost their work happiness.

Research method

10 interviews will be held to know what the main factors are that have influence on starting lecturers at Fontys Paramedical. After knowing these factors, a design will be made and implemented at Fontys Paramedical
