As a knowledge platform, Smart WorkPlace takes an important step towards a sustainable and healthy working environment, important to the wellbeing and happiness of its users. Enthusiastic professionals are at the core of this platform, such as Capital and Vitality Managers, Human Resource Managers, Real Estate Managers, Facility Managers and Mobility and Sustainability Managers.

The Hybrid Way of Working is developing fast. The end user wants to and can determine the location and timing of production himself. Together with its partners, the knowledge platform Smart WorkPlace shares insights in innovation and research results from one integral point of view, which contributes to the realisation of a sustainable and healthy working environment. In addition to the sharing of knowledge, Smart WorkPlace connects and activates its partners, making sure they learn from each other, share questions and cooperate on projects, in the interest of all workplace users.

Apart from being a knowledge platform, Smart WorkPlace also organises the annual WorkPlace Xperience. It is also involved in the WorkPlace Academy, the Municipal Housing Platform (Gemeentehuisvesting) and Campus Day.
