Recap successful WPVH Innovation Chats&Drinks
Last week, the Workplace Vitality Hub hosted another inspiring Innovation Chats&Drinks session, bringing together professionals, researchers, and students to share their research and insights about workplace health and vitality.
A key highlight of the session was the preview of the newest student research projects conducted within the Hub. These projects focus on real-world challenges, from reducing workplace stress to improving physical and mental wellbeing. Attendees were given an exclusive first look at the research findings, sparking engaging conversations about their practical applications.
In this edition, amongst other the following studies were presented: the adoption of chatbots for supporting employees' mental well-being, interventions for stress reduction, promoting outdoor work, encouraging the use of the hydrojet bed, the impact of the NatureConnect Box (a work booth with "daylight"), and the importance of nutrition for vital and healthy work.
