About the speakers
This event, organized by the Workplace Vitality Hub, is dedicated to the mental well-being of employees. Two inspiring speakers will take you into the world of mental health.
Alexander Stolze, Head of Vitality Benelux ING, takes us through an overview of the creation and implementation of a program within ING to bring vitality into the flow of work and how ING supports its people with healthy work habits, including 'nudges to disconnect'. The program is aimed at reducing stress and creating an energetic and high-performing workforce!
Joep van den Eerenbeemt, Business Developer at TNO, will dive deeper into the “1st 1000 working days approach” to bring employers, schools and young employees together so that new employees can be happier and more effective at work!
