Designing Vital Working Days for Employees

Join us for an insightful seminar on creating optimal, vital workdays for employees, focusing on the critical role of organization, culture, office space, and behaviour.

Keynote speaker Pierrick Masure from Leesman will set the stage by sharing key insights from their annual trend report, exploring the impact of vitality and workspace design on employee well-being.

The event will also showcase various approaches to enhancing employee mental health, amongst other through a holistic lens of the IGLOO model (Individual, Group, Leadership, Organization, and Environment). Notable speakers from NXP (office renovation focused on vitality), HC Health/Zens (technology to promote healthy behaviour), Workspace Heroes in collaboration with A&O Fund (AI solutions for mental health support) and ONVZ will share their experiences in fostering a vital work environment.
