Working vital: from knowledge to practice

Date: 28 May 2024
Time: 09.00-13.00u
Location: Workplace Vitality Hub

Our working lives have changed faster than ever in recent decades. New innovations have played a major role in this. With mostly a detrimental impact on our vitality at work: we are becoming more physically inactive and more often subject to stress. But we can also use these innovations to support a vital lifestyle in our working and working environment in a smart, personalised way!

During the Workplace Vitality: from knowledge to practice event on May 28, we will take a closer look at the latest developments around working vitally. We will do this using the three research roadmaps of the Workplace Vitality Hub: physical office environment, Data driven office environment and Mental health research. Three theme leaders will share what they are currently developing in their roadmaps. We will then translate this deepening knowledge into practice through real-life stories and student projects. There is plenty of room during the event for sharing your experiences.

Bernard Grundlehner - What's next in Data Driven Office Environment: Discover the future of data-driven office environments and how they affect our work and well-being.

Eveline Kersten - In Need for Mental Health: How positive psychology and wellness approaches can promote employee mental health.

A 3rd inspiring speaker will be announced later.

We will conclude this inspiring day with a shared lunch.
